Exercise Chronotype

 A new study suggests that finding your exercise chronotype determines what time is best to get maximum benefits. I probably like to rise around 7:30 to 8:00 am if I did not aim to get to a job earlier, and to take a siesta around the hours of 2 and 4 pm, as they do in Europe. I was born there, and enjoy my apartment there and traveling.
