Swiss Ball and Lower Abdominal Muscles

I may have posted this years ago:  Hold a Swiss ball between your legs. The exercise is harder if you hold it between your calves and keep your legs straight (knees not locked). Raise your legs to a 90-degree angle to your hips and then lower them to two to two inches above the ground for four sets of10 repetitions.
